Deixa Sambar, Ithaca's own samba group, plays Brazil’s national music. Deixa Sambar’s current members include brasileiros as well as newcomers to Brazilian culture, including both "town and gown" denizens of the Finger Lakes, NY area. All of us share a love for this vital, community-based music—samba—and the culture that created it.
